We had the pleasure of having WTC Yorkshire Ltd complete a major house renovation for us recently. This involved knocking down walls, building new walls, installing steel beams and concrete, installing a new underfloor heating system, a total rewire, new roofing, new internal & external doors… the list goes on.

Carl takes the hassle out of it all by managing the stress for us and arranging for tradespeople to come in and to their bit when required, something we greatly appreciate taking the stress away from us. The quality of the finished result is fantastic and we are now living in our dream home as we had imagined.

Carl and his team are extremely hardworking, professional and their communication with us as the customers cannot be faulted; the build was finished on time and within budget just in time for Christmas.

WTC Limited was recommended to us for our build which was two, two-storey extensions, full refurbishment internally, with considerable reconfiguration to the first floor. From our initial contact with Carl, communication was excellent. A detailed estimate followed.

The building works started on time. Carl had a weekly plan which he stuck to. Forward planning meant that materials were on site and didn’t hold the works up, even though due to COVID this was very challenging for him.

Carl’s experience meant that he was able to advise us accordingly if he foresaw any problems with our ideas.

The whole team were great and have given us the quality build that we were looking for, with attention to detail that cannot be faulted. What is more, a six-month build was estimated. We moved out of the house, and pretty much to the day we moved back in! Quite an achievement!
